• SHORE237 HOMESTAY
• HOUSE RULES & GUEST GUIDELINES
• Your Beachside Getaway
• CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT & DEPOSITS
• A ₱1,000 security deposit is required at check-in.
• The security deposit will be refunded at checkout, subject to inspection and deductions for damages or unpaid charges.
• Late checkout is ₱500 per hour, subject to availability and only when there is no next-day guest.
• A ₱500 initial booking deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or rescheduling made less than 15 days before check-in. The full rental fee may be forfeited under the cancellation policy.
• CARE OF THE PROPERTY
• Please take care of all rooms, furniture, appliances, and provided items.
• Charges may apply for damaged, missing, or heavily stained items, including bedsheets, pillowcases, pillows, blankets, towels, curtains, chairs, and sofas.
• Do not use tape, glue, nails, or other adhesives on the walls.
• Keep the rooms and common areas clean and orderly.
• NOISE & GATHERINGS
• Karaoke is allowed only until 10:00 PM.
• No parties or loud gatherings after 8:00 PM.
• Please respect other guests, neighbors, and the surrounding community.
• KITCHEN & CLEANLINESS
• Keep the open kitchen clean after use.
• Segregate waste properly. Dispose of leftover food and bones in the appropriate bins.
• Wash your feet before entering the rooms.
• After visiting the beach, use the outdoor shower before entering the rooms.
• BEACH & OUTDOOR SAFETY
• Beach swimming after 6:00 PM is not allowed unless management advises otherwise.
• Do not swim during storms or unsafe sea conditions.
• Follow all posted safety signs and management instructions.
• Tents and overnight stays at the beach are subject to applicable beach rules and conditions.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety during beach and outdoor activities.
• PET POLICY
• Pets are permitted outside the rooms only.
• Pets are not allowed on beds, linens, towels, or in the portable pool.
• Pets must wear diapers where appropriate and remain accompanied by their owners.
• Owners must clean up after their pets.
• A ₱2,000 fine applies for violations of the pet policy.
• PARKING & ENVIRONMENTAL FEE
• Free parking is available for up to 2 cars.
• An environmental fee of ₱20 per person is not included in the room or rental rate. Please pay the caretaker.
• PERSONAL BELONGINGS & LIABILITY
• Keep valuables secure and do not leave belongings unattended.
• SHORE237 is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
• Guests acknowledge that beach activities involve risks, including drowning and other accidents. SHORE237 is not responsible for beach incidents or injuries to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Guests must observe safety instructions and are responsible for their own conduct and belongings.
• GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
• Please report any damage, maintenance issue, or safety concern to management immediately.
• All guests are expected to follow these house rules and management instructions.
• Additional charges may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or violations of these rules.
