• **1. KARAOKE & NOISE**
• Karaoke is allowed until **10:00 PM only**.
• Please keep noise at a reasonable level and respect our neighbors.
• **2. POOL SAFETY**
• No food, drinks, glassware, or cups inside the pool.
• No running, pushing, or rough play around the pool.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Swim at your own risk. Please observe proper pool safety.
• **3. CLEANLINESS**
• Keep the resort clean and dispose of trash in designated bins.
• Clean as you go, especially in the kitchen, grill, and dining areas.
• Please leave tables, chairs, and used kitchenware in their proper places.
• **4. RESORT PROPERTY**
• Please take care of all resort facilities, furniture, appliances, and kitchen items.
• Guests are responsible for missing items and damage caused by their group, including accidental damage, subject to reasonable assessment and actual repair or replacement costs.
• Please report any damage or missing items to the staff immediately.
• **5. GUESTS & VISITORS**
• Only the number of guests covered by the booking is allowed.
• Please inform management of any additional guests. Applicable fees may apply.
• Pets are welcome in designated areas. **Pets are not allowed inside the pool.** Please clean up after your pets.
• **6. GENERAL SAFETY**
• Use all facilities responsibly and follow staff instructions.
• Keep walkways and exits clear.
• Management is not responsible for unattended personal belongings.
• **7. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT**
• Please follow the check-in and check-out times stated in your confirmed package.
• Extensions must be approved by management and may incur additional charges.

# BOOKING POLICY ## CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULING **1. RESERVATION & PAYMENT** - A **50% down payment (DP)** is required to confirm and secure your booking date. - The remaining balance must be settled upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing. - A booking is confirmed only after management verifies the required payment. **2. CANCELLATION POLICY** - Guest cancellations must be communicated to management as soon as possible. - The reservation deposit is generally non-refundable for cancellations initiated by the guest. - Failure to arrive on the booked date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited. - Please contact management directly to discuss exceptional circumstances. **3. RESCHEDULING POLICY** - Guests may request **one (1) reschedule**, subject to availability and management approval. - Rescheduling requests must be made at least **7 days before** the original booking date. - Requests made less than 7 days before the booking date may be declined. - Any difference in package rates must be settled if the new date has a higher rate. Rate differences will be assessed based on the applicable package and date. - Approved rescheduled bookings must be used on the agreed replacement date. Further changes require management approval. **4. CANCELLATION BY MANAGEMENT** - If management cancels the booking and cannot provide a suitable alternative, guests may choose a full refund of payments made or an agreed replacement date. - If the resort cannot safely accommodate guests due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, management will coordinate an appropriate rescheduling or refund arrangement. **5. REFUND PROCESS** - Approved refunds will be processed through the original or mutually agreed payment method. - Refund processing time will be communicated by management. - Any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the circumstances of the cancellation. **6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT** By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the booking policies provided before payment.
