You already wrote your listing once, on Airbnb. Your own booking page needs the same words, so the quickest start is to copy them across. It takes about fifteen minutes for one place, and you only do it once.
Nothing here is automatic, on purpose. Airbnb does not let other apps read your listing, and copying it by hand keeps you in control of what guests see.
How the two fit together
One Airbnb listing usually becomes one unit in UpaKwarto. The property is the place the units are in.
- A whole condo or house on Airbnb: one property with one unit.
- Three rooms listed separately in the same house: one property with three units.
Add the property first, then its units, from Properties in UpaKwarto.
What to copy, and where it goes
On Airbnb, open the Listings tab and choose your listing. Its details are split into two parts. Your space holds what guests see before they book. Arrival guide holds what they need after.
| On Airbnb | In UpaKwarto |
|---|---|
| Listing title (Your space) | The unit's name, or the property name if it is the whole place |
| Description (Your space) | Description, on the property |
| Amenities (Your space) | Amenities, one on each line |
| House rules | House rules, one on each line |
| Check-in time (Arrival guide) | Check-in from, check-in until, and check-out before |
| Check-in method and directions (Arrival guide) | Arrival instructions |
| Wifi details (Arrival guide) | WiFi name and WiFi password |
Paste lists as they come. Bullets, numbering, blank lines and repeated items are cleaned up when you save, and paragraph breaks in your description are kept.
Arrival instructions and the wifi password are sent to guests after they book. They are never shown on your public page, the same as on Airbnb.
Photos: use your own
Upload the original photos from your phone or computer to the property's Photos. They are yours, and they are sharper than a copy saved from a web page.
If your photos were taken by a photographer through Airbnb's professional photography program, you cannot reuse them. Airbnb's help centre says they are for "personal use only and cannot be used on another real estate or rental site." Take new ones for your booking page: daylight, lights on, one photo from each corner of every room, and the first photo the one you would want seen in a search.
What not to copy
- Prices. Set these in Rates, where you can also set peak-season prices. Your direct price can be lower than Airbnb's, since no commission comes out of it.
- Reviews. Airbnb reviews stay on Airbnb, and pasting them onto your own page would present them as something they are not. Guests who book with you directly can review their stay on your booking page.
- The calendar. Do not copy booked dates by hand. Connect the Airbnb calendar so bookings keep flowing both ways.
Before you share your booking page
Turn on the direct booking page on the property, then open See the page to check it the way a guest will.
One Airbnb rule matters here. Airbnb's content policy does not allow links that take people off Airbnb, in your listing or in your messages, and it does not allow asking guests to book outside Airbnb. So never put your UpaKwarto link in your Airbnb listing or send it to an Airbnb guest. Share it where your own guests already find you: your Facebook page, Instagram bio, Google Business Profile and Viber groups. This guide covers taking payment by GCash.
Menu names above are from Airbnb's help centre as of September 2026. Airbnb moves things around, so if a label has changed, look for the same words nearby.
